WHO WE ARE

Solutions, Exploring Success Post-High School is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt educational organization.

In the fall of 2005, Carol Stensrud, a philanthropist in Poway, California, and Maureen Roadman, a San Diego-based educator, founded Solutions for the purpose of addressing the informational needs of young people to research their career goals post-high school and to provide information that would assist them in developing a plan to achieve those goals.

Executive Director, Maureen Roadman, has built a staff and developed a Board of Directors which is passionate and enthusiastic about young people and dedicated to the mission of Solutions. Additionally, our staff continues to maintain and create community partnerships that enhance our programs and services.

Cynthia Wilson, Program Director Credentialed teacher; printing and publications specialist. Cynthia develops and instructs the career and college curriculum programs for our Middle School, High School and community partners, and meets with students one-on-one. cynthia@exploresolutions.org
Daniela Ito, Data Manager Interpreter; school and community volunteer. Daniela manages the Solutions database of college and career data so that students and parents have access to the most up-to-date information available. She also documents and records the number of students and parents serviced through classroom and community programs. daniela@exploresolutions.org
Gail Durso, College Resource Specialist Community volunteer, Gail writes the monthly Solutions Scholarship Newsletter and provides students and parents with resources for institutional and private scholarships. She coordinates the successful "Face to Face" programs and other events to help connect colleges with students and parents. She works with the team to provide options to students with "best fit" colleges both academically and financially. gaildurso@exploresolutions.org
